139 yards, 3 TDs in 4 games with NE, 2010.
174 yards, 2 TDs in 4 games with MIN, 2010.

He has been out of football for more than 2 full years.

List of receivers with 25+ yards in a game from the age of 38-48.

Moss is done. Finley is done. Let's move on.

Yep, this.

He's arguably the best WR of all time. At 38, if he thinks he can still play, then what is the harm in giving him a try out?

The harm would probably be exactly the same harm that he's always brought. He's a cancer to team chemistry.

You're confusing him with Terrell Owens. Moss was a headcase, but T.O. was the cancer.

You sure:

“And Randy, not like any other superstar I’ve met, he has more quit in him than any of those other players. So I need to address that. That’s what [Bill] Belichick did when he brought him over from Oakland. He told him he wasn’t going to have it.

“But Randy, when things don’t go well, like no other player I’ve ever been around or associated with, he has a quit mechanism in him that’s huge. That needs to be addressed before he signs with any team.”

It’s one thing for an analyst or observer of the game to make that claim. It’s quite another for Carter to say it.

And this quit mechanism has prevented him IMO from being considered the best WR ever. Can you imagine if Rice had Moss' abilities?

no doubt he'd steal reps from Myles White, oh wait we got rid of Myles  well then he'd steal reps from another up and comer, slowing the developement of these valuable young players

arguably is the key word in your sentence, and that was years ago, would he come here humble, or want more targets then he deserves, I remember a complaint he made even with Brady, Randy has always been a me first player, not sure that has changed, I doubt Ted would have any interest in Randy at this stage.
