Cheesy topics (like the Cheese Curds thread) go here. Topics that aren't football related will be moved here as well.

Mmmm.... cheese.

Also if anyone missed it Ramirez is almost certainly retiring after this season. He sure put up HOF numbers at 3rd base quietly.

We will be looking this spring training for his replacement, hope we can find someone otherwise we may need to trade for next years 3rd base. Very little in free agency next year.

Opening day vs Rockies. Hope I can see the end of the game. With Wisconsin going all the way baseball season has come a little quicker. Plus only a month until the draft.

Got my hotdogs off the grill and beer in hand. Going to be an awesome day of watching sports and hanging outside in beautiful weather with a drink or two. =)

Football cannot come soon enough. I'm a Yankees, Buffalo Sabres, NY Knicks fan and they are a combined 38-112 :hide

So just to recap, it took Ryan Braun all of 4 innings to get hurt this year. Awesome.

Most of the games haven't really even been a contest. Bats have been absolutely atrocious. It's only been 11 games and I'm already losing interest.

Any guesses as to how long before Roenicke is canned?

Not Roenicke's fault the players have forgotten how to play the game. That said, if this keeps up, he'll be gone by the All Star break.

Are they out of the playoffs already? I mean it's been two weeks. :D
If a 7 course meal includes a Brat and a 6 pack, you might be from Wisconsin.

Sometimes it's preferable for the bottom to drop out instead of hovering around 75-80 wins each year.

We need some changes in talent evaluation and drafting, only chance a team like us has is do better drafting.

Agreed. I've been on the boat of getting rid of Melvin the last few years. He hasn't done a horrible job, but can't get us over the hump. Time for a fresh face as GM.
